Took Forever to Arrive

The products themselves were fine. But I paid for express postage and I was still chasing it up over a week later. Can't really blame Covid delivery delays as we live 30km away from the store and the website said there were hundreds in stock. No contact was made, no reason or apology was given for the delay.
